Getting to Lake Como

Lake Como is a quick ~40 minute train or car ride from Milan. If you’re going to Lake Como straight from Malpensa International Airport: Take the train to Como San Giovanni station from Terminal 1 Malpensa Express Train Station. Tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket machines. From Milan center, you can take the train from Milano Centrale to Como San Giovanni.

Once you arrive in Como, you can head to Lenno or Tremezzo, depending on when you’re staying, through bus, ferry or car. Bus: Take the C110 bus to Lenno / Tremezzo Ferry/Boat: From Como Lago (pier) to Lenno / Tremezzo pier Car/Private Transfer: Direct from wherever in Como → Lenno by road.
