Hayden and Madison Tammen~ September 2025

How We Met Madison and Hayden met in the summer of 2019. The two were attending the University of Georgia at the time and working at Ross Dress for Less. The first time they met, they had an instant connection with each other- both unaware of how much the other would soon mean to one another. They quickly became friends and bonded over family and shared interests. Fast forward a couple of years Madison and Hayden decided to reconnect and fell madly for one another, taking their friendship to a new level: dating. With days full of laughter and smiles so wide they hurt your face, both realized this was the relationship for them. Our Engagement Story After two and a half years of dating, Hayden and Madison decided it was time to take their relationship to the next level: getting engaged. Hayden was the first to realize that Madison was the one for him and quickly devised his plan. In May of 2024, Madison and Hayden and Madison’s family went on a trip to Jekyll Island and took a nice walk on Driftwood beach to take some good pictures together at sunset. From there, Madison’s dad gave Hayden a strange nod that Madison caught, only for her to turn around to see Hayden on one knee. Madison started crying, of course, and Hayden giggled as she blurted out a happy, sobbing, “yes!” Though it seemed straight forward, Hayden had been preparing for this since they first started dating. Over the course of their relationship, Madison and Hayden had a habit of leaving little love notes for each other around each other’s apartments for the other to find. After Hayden proposed, he pulled out a scrapbook Madison had been creating and pulled out the little love notes he had written to her before to show her the plan he had all along. On the back of each note, Hayden had written a single letter, spelling out “Will You Marry Me?” Madison never found this, of course, as this would have happened way sooner if she did! Over the last 3 years, we have thrived as a couple through a lot of good times and hard times and have come out stronger and closer as a couple. This is a consistent theme in our relationship. Anywhere together is where we want to be. We are so grateful for all the amazing people that have come into each of our lives over the last few years and the amazing relationships we have formed with the others family. We are truly ecstatic to celebrate our love with the people we love the most. Thank you all for your support. We hope this day will be A Day To Remember. With love, Madison and Hayden Songs 3:4 "I have found the one whom my soul loves."
