Our ceremony will move indoors to a reception hall inside the country club.

YES! We are registered at Amazon and Target! We also love donations that can be put towards our honeymoon with Carnival Cruise Line!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code for the wedding. We do ask that guests dress comfortably, and for Sunday, casual attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

YES! We have partnered with Home2Suites by Hilton. There are 10 rooms available for booking. Please use the Travel page to book your hotel or call the hotel to book over the phone. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Any guest with food allergies or sensitivities should indicate this information on the RSVP. The bride and groom will work closely with the venue to arrange for a special meal to accommodate any guests with allergies. If there is an allergy to any items listed on the menu, please let the bride and groom know some substitutions that will be more accommodating.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Options will include beer, wine, and soda.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

YES! There is plenty of parking located at the front entrance of the venue. If you need some assistance or have people with disabilities, there is a covered canopy to assist with loading and unloading. There is also plenty of handicap parking available.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, there is no formal shuttle or car service to and from hotels or any other entities where guests are staying. Please arrange your own transportation to and from Lane Tree Country Club and Golf Course.

Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

While we encourage guests to take photos at the reception, please refrain from mass posting until the bride and groom have shared some of our most memorable moments from the wedding and reception.

What are the best travel recommendations?

Answer

If you are flying in from out of state, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to celebrate with Andrew and me during this time! Most flights will be landing at Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), located in Raleigh, NC. This is roughly an hour or two away from Goldsboro. The best route to follow is I-40 East, all the way to exit 309 for US 70/I-42 towards Smithfield/Goldsboro. Hotels with room availability include: Holiday Inn Express & Suites (~$100-$130) Homewood Suites by Hilton (~$123) Hampton Inn Goldsboro (~$110-$130) TownePlace Suites by Marriott Goldsboro (~$118-$130) There are some hotels in Smithfield, NC, near a Premium Outlet Center for those wishing to maximize their stay. Also, if you have time, please check out the beaches or mountains of NC. Atlantic Beach is located roughly 2 hours east of Goldsboro, while the Blue Ridge Mountains are roughly 4 hours west of Goldsboro!

Will there be bar service avaliable to guests?

Answer

Bar service will be provided at the cocktail hour and reception. Sodas and alcoholic beverages will be served from the bar. This is not a BYOB event, please reframe from bringing in any alcoholic beverages other than the ones listed below. If you do not see an option that you prefer, there are several local bars and restaurants within Downtown Goldsboro that will be happy to serve you as well. What will be served at the Wedding Reception?

Answer

Guests will have the option of either Roasted Pork Tenderloin or Beef Tips in Gravy, accompanied by two sides with options of water and tea to drink.
