Things To Do

We wanted to share some of our favorite spots in San Diego, can you tell we really enjoy food?! We recommend booking reservations at all locations if they offer them, things book up so quickly it can be hard getting a reservation even a week out.

Ironside Fish & Oyster

1654 India Street, San Diego, CA 92101
, (619) 269-3033

This is for our seafood lovers. We love it, we even took some of our engagement photos here!

Torrey Pines State Beach

12600 N Torrey Pines Rd, La Jolla, CA 92037

HIKING! This is one of our favorite hikes in San Diego and has the best ocean views! Keep in mind this hike is listed as easy-moderate.

Yakitori Taisho

5185 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92117
, (858) 752-0468

This is a hidden gem, at least we think so...and *technically* where one of our first dates took place. Pro tip, order the chef and waiter a beer!

Westfield UTC

4545 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92122
, (858) 546-8858

Close to the hotel, and a great spot for shopping and dining. We love Din Tai Fung for dinner and Raised By Wolves for a cocktail!

Piazza della Famiglia

523 West Date Street, San Diego, CA 92101
, (619) 233-3898

We often find ourselves sitting in the Piazza, ordering a glass of wine & charcuterie board while watching the sunset. 10/10 recommend. If you're lucky there might even be live music!

Coronado

1500 Orange Avenue, Coronado, CA 92118

This is a good half-day adventure. You can take a ferry or drive across the bridge. When you are there you have to visit Hotel Del, there is a lot of cool history there! We enjoy grabbing a breakfast burrito at Clayton's Mexican Take Out and going for a beach walk!

For all the days along the way
