Is the actual wedding February 1st or 2nd?

Answer

Our wedding day is February 2nd, 2025! We are asking you to come a day before to celebrate all weekend long with us. There will be food & drinks provided the night before! 🥂

Are there hotels nearby?

Answer

On our save the date, there are links to accommodations for our guests! Also, under the tab “Travel” there will be options for lodging. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us! 💌

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Will it be an outdoor ceremony or indoor?

Answer

Depending on what the weather will be, it will be outdoors for the ceremony. If it is too cold, we will most definitely have it indoors! Reception WILL BE indoors. But, definitely bundle up! :)

Can kids come?

Although we love your littles, we are planning on only having immediate family members & wedding party kids there! (Unless we have talked to you about it already!) Please enjoy the night & have fun!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are planning on coming a day before, you can come to the venue anytime after 4pm and celebrate with us. Rehearsal dinner will start at 7pm. For the actual wedding day, please allow yourself extra time. We will start the ceremony right at 3pm.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will have little appetizers available during cocktail hour & our main dinner will start at 5pm! Dessert to follow ;)

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar with a variety of beer, liquor & mixed drinks. It will be self-service.

How cold will it be in Cadiz, KY?

Answer

The past few winters have not been too cold down here! Expect it to be anywhere from 45-60 degrees.

When does the rehearsal dinner / reception end?

Answer

We will have the whole venue to ourselves for 2 nights! We do ask that rehearsal dinner/celebration ends by 9pm so that we are able to prepare for the wedding day! For the reception, you may stay as late as you would like.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Everyone should have a +1 invite! If you’re planning on bringing someone, please mark them when you RSVP. Also message us their first & last name for seating charts! 🤍

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Once physical invitations are sent out, please RSVP by January 4, 2025. We will need the final headcount to send to our venue & catering!

Where can I find the registry?

The registry will be here on our wedding website & our save the date card also has the link to it! On amazon the registry is named “Mavi Tarrosa & Nash Allen”

Dress to impress! Cocktail attire please :) No jeans + t-shirts 🤍

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue. Once you go through the gate, follow the left trail and take it all the way back where you will see the black barn. There will be parking to the right and to the left along the trail.

Directions from Cadiz town?

Answer

You may lose signal getting close to the venue so here are directions in case your GPS stops: Once you are on Hopkinsville Rd (68), go straight and turn left on Old Canton Pike. Second street on your right, turn right on 1062 rd. Follow that road all the way down until you reach a stop sign. You will turn right on Donaldson Creek Rd. From there, you will turn left on Linton Rd. Piney Wood Rd (where the venue is) will be on your right. Once you are on piney wood, keep an eye out on your left where you will see the gate to enter the venue.
