As our wedding will be held outdoors, please dress comfortably for the weather! We would describe our theme to be country chic; casual enough for outdoors, but dressy enough for a wedding celebration. For example: guys: nice jeans or dockers would be just fine, no need for a suit! Women: Dress, rompers, or even nice jeans as well! As the ground could be soft, we suggest comfortable shoes for walking to the ceremony site. (Remember, 'spike' heels sink ladies!)
We recommend that you take Highway 135 which will take you into Pilot Grove. On the outskirts of Pilot Grove, take the turn onto N Highway from Highway 135. Follow N Highway until there is the option to turn onto Highway NN. Stay on NN for a short while before turning onto Millsford Dr. Stay on MIllsford Dr. until you come upon The Copper Penny on the left hand side.
Yes, we just ask that when you RSVP, that you include the total number in your party.
We ask that you and your family RSVP no later than August 31 to ensure we can give a final headcount to our venders and finalize our seating arrangements.
Our ceremony will start at 4pm. We suggest that you arrive 20-30 minutes before to give adequate time for parking and seating.
Yes, there is a short walk from the parking lot to the actual ceremony location that does have a slight incline on return to the venue. We will be providing transportation to anyone who would like or needs a ride.
Yes! We want everyone to arrive home safely! The venue will allow us to leave cars parked overnight; but they do need to be picked up by 1pm on Sunday. At the end our celebration, if you decide (or someone decides for you) that you should not drive, PLEASE leave your car parked until Sunday.
