While we love the little ones, we would like to invite the adults for a night out! We have limited seating and ask unless we've made prior arrangements, to bring your self and enjoy the night with us! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time!
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you!

We’ve recently been asked for gift suggestions by friends and family. Thankfully, we are blessed with absolutely everything we need for this exciting new chapter! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be much appreciated! You can find the links to those on our website listed under registry. In addition there will be card boxes at the reception. Thank you for celebrating our big day with us!
We have reserved a block of hotels at the Timberlake Lodge in Grand Rapids. Those rooms must be reserved and paid for by August 1st, 2024. I have also listed some other hotels on our website, under the Hotel Tab.
Yes, there is a parking lot by the barn and a lower parking lot further down for overflow. Please try to park in the lower lot if you plan on leaving your vehicle overnight.
The wedding ceremony is outdoors under a pavilion and the reception will take place indoors.
Dressy/Casual. For the ladies may we suggest flats, due to uneven grounds walking to the pavilion. May we suggest a fall color, other than green. Examples: rust orange, burgundy red, cream color, light grey, cedar rose pink, terracotta orange, wheat brown, twilight teal etc.
We will have a small selection of appetizers at 4pm for social hour. 5pm we'll have food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from. There will also be a small gluten free selection, including main dishes and dessert.
There will be a cash bar available. Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.
We would suggest you arrive 30-60 minutes before the ceremony is to start.
If you plan on joining us for social hour at 4pm and the remaining events, we suggest you arrive between 3:45pm and 4:00pm.
Yes, however if you decide to leave it over night, we advise you park in the lower/overflow lot. All vehicles must be taken off the property by 12pm on Sunday the 8th. Any violators will be towed at owners expense - per owner/management.
Reception will be done at 11pm. There is no after party.
We invite you to be fully present with us and unplug. Please keep all cell phones, cameras and all other devices turned off during the ceremony. Enjoy this special moment with us! We've hired a photographer to capture the moment!
Yes, we ask that if you decide to take photos, you share them with us! There will be QR codes placed around the venue. It will then ask you to down load an app and upload your photos from that night! It will then create a lookbook for the Bride and Groom to view and cherish for years to come! Thank you for sharing your photos with us!
Assigned seats are not our style, sit anywhere that makes you smile!
Pick a seat, not a side, you are loved by both the groom and the bride!
This website is where I will post any new information/updates. I have made a private Facebook group with the individuals on our RSVP list. If you have additional questions, please reach out!
No there is not an ATM available on site.
To follow after our ceremony we'd like to invite guests up to the reception area and enjoy drinks, appetizers, and outdoor lawn games. During social hour the Bride and Groom will be taking photos. Dinner is to follow at 5pm in the reception area.
We are looking into hiring a small shuttle with dedicated time slots. As of now we do not have one, so we ask guests to make prior arrangements for a sober ride. Grand Rapids does offer taxi services to where our wedding is held. I will update this page when I have more information available to me. Thank you for your patience.
Yes! Aidan’s cousin, Dawn, will be interpreting for those who are in need of it!
