When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th. Please RSVP to all events in the RSVP page, as we need to know how many people will be on the bus going to the venue and back to Mayfair Mall. Thanks!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire or dressy casual attire! Ladies we recommend wearing a block, wedge heel or sandal as some of the walkways are a bit wonky.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love love love kiddies...We ask that you don't bring them to the wedding (sorry!)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a family style dinner. Most of the dishes are gluten free and some are dairy free as well. There will be options! If you have an dietary restrictions or allergies please email Taylor at taylorcoghill@gmail.com and we will accommodate you!

Why is there no ceremony?

Answer

We are having a ceremony, although we have chosen to keep it simple and sweet, only having family there. We have contacted them privately to let them know.

Can I drive my vehicle to the wedding venue?

Answer

Please contact Taylor at taylorcoghill@gmail.com or text at 250 893-9678. There are a few spots for people that want to drive their vehicle but it is limited. We encourage people to take the shuttle to and from

Can I catch the shuttle to the venue and get a ride home at the end of the night?

Answer

No sorry! The venue does not allow a bunch of vehicles coming on the property later at night. The venue is also in a more rural area making it hard to get cabs.

At the reception will there be food before dinner?

Answer

We will not have any food prior to dinner. Please eat beforehand. Dinner will be served around 5 pm.

What is the smoking policy at the venue?

Answer

There is a designated smoking area that you can go to if you choose to smoke. We will show guests when they arrive at the venue!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are getting a hotel or air bnb, we recommend staying somewhere close to mayfair mall. That is where the shuttle drops guests off at the end of the night!
