We're getting married!

Naseem and Payton's story began at Texas A&M University, where they met while pursuing their undergraduate degrees. As it turns out, they had actually been attending school together since junior high without ever crossing paths! What started as a friendship quickly grew into something more. Just two months after meeting, Payton showed up to Naseem's family Thanksgiving armed with pie, flowers, and a mission—and on January 16, 2021, they officially started dating. Little did they know that exactly six years later, on January 16, 2027, they would be saying "I do." After graduating from Texas A&M in 2023, they spent a year and a half long distance as Naseem began law school in Houston and Payton started his career as an engineer in Chicago. In 2024, during a trip to Rosemary Beach, Payton surprised Naseem with a beach picnic and got down on one knee. Since then, they have built a life together in Houston, surrounded by the love and support of their family and friends. They can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
