4:45 PM–5:30 PM The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors. Transportation will be provided to and from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston-Andover. Shuttle buses will depart promptly at 4:15 PM, so we kindly ask all guests utilizing transportation to arrive in the hotel lobby by 4:00 PM for boarding. Please note that the buses will not be able to wait for late arrivals. Guests traveling independently should plan to arrive at Four Oaks Country Club no later than 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. To avoid interruptions during the ceremony, guests arriving after 5:00 PM will be asked to wait until Cocktail Hour begins at 5:30 PM before entering the ceremony space. 5:30 PM–11:30 PM There will be two shuttle departure times as the night ends. The first will arrive right around 10:30 PM to bring guests back to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston-Andover The second will arrive around 11:30 PM when the reception concludes and go back to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston-Andover.
