Question

What I need to know about a Greek Wedding?

Answer

Marriage is one of the seven sacraments of the Orthodox Christian church. The service draws heavily upon the Old and New Testaments, with frequent references to biblical couples, indicating that marriage is an act of God's will. As such, the couple does not exchange vows, but is united by the grace of God. The ceremony consists of two distinct services, the service of the Betrothal and the service of the Crowning.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional.

Question

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Although we adore and love all your children, we've elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.

Question

Is there a room block at a hotel?

Answer

Yes, we do! Please see the "Accomodations" tab.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Is there parking at the mansion?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking behind the Cuneo Mansion. It is a 0.1 mile walk into the mansion, so if you are wearing high heels please consider being dropped off in front.
