Scott and Naomi met celebrating a mutual friend’s birthday in San Diego (shout out to Morgan). They spent the night playing arcade games and getting to know each other. At the end of the night they forgot to exchange numbers and went their separate ways. Thanks to instagram and technology they were able to reconnect again. They started dating October 2019 once Scott finally got Tina cat’s approval by giving her the nickname peaches and feeding her treats. Naomi spent thanksgiving 2019 with Scott’s family and Scott spent Christmas 2019 meeting Naomi’s family. In 2020, Scott and Naomi managed to travel to New Mexico, Ohio and Las Vegas meeting each other’s extended families and creating new memories. They got engaged on September 11, 2021 at the hidden swings in La Jolla. Scott got the ring the day before and couldn’t keep it a secret any longer. Naomi wanted to go hiking that morning and he decided to pop the question then. It was intimate and perfect and they both cried. Now they’re ready to start their lives together as husband and wife!
