Many of you know our story but we wanted to share it with you here too. Reece and I met in sixth form and started out as friends, getting to know each other. We would spend our lunchtimes together taking trips to Starbucks for paninis, then racing back to school before the bell went for registration. We knew we liked each other and might have something special and it was confirmed after our first 'real' date. We met each other's families, went to our proms together and have now spent 10 years together creating amazing memories and incredible moments. We are so excited to be starting the next chapter of our lives after Reece popped the question at our surprise engagement whilst in Miami on Saturday 7th September 2019! We are counting down the days to our wedding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

The engagement was everything we could have dreamed of. Reece did months of planning, secret meetings and being attached to his 'man bag' (if you know, you know)! He created the most amazing proposal that I had no idea was going to happen, I was convinced it was all a part of my birthday celebrations. On Saturday 7th September, we went out to Dinner Key Marina and boarded our own catamaran. We even joked with the captain and his wife that we only had 30 years to go to catch up to their 39 years of being together! Sitting out on the front of the catamaran, we were taking in the stunning views of the Miami shores when I was taken by complete shock and surprise as Reece got on one knee and proposed! The words, 'thank you for choosing to be on this journey of life with me, will you marry me?' will forever be in our hearts. Of course, I said YES!
