While there is no room block, our venue is affiliated with several nearby hotels, and discounted rates have been arranged for guests of our wedding when booking directly. You can book online through each hotel's individual website and use the code "MECEvents" or call and mention that you're a guest of the Hart/Brandt wedding. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible, especially for our guests that are traveling from farther away. Affiliated hotels include: The Montvale Hotel, the Hotel Ruby, the Ruby River Hotel, and the Steam Plant Hotel.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire!
We kindly ask that guests arrive at the venue 45 minutes prior to ceremony start time. Since the venue is located downtown, driving/parking might take longer than expected. We recommend carpooling if possible!
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is RSVP only, and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on the wedding invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements for your kiddos ahead of time so that you can come celebrate with us!
