Room Check-in
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Lucky Arrow provides a "contact-less" check-in. Be on the lookout for a text from them with detailed instructions on the process. You will be provided with your cabin number and door code at that time. Be sure to opt in to the Whistle text messaging platform to ensure proper communication. We recommend checking-in during the cocktail hour if you do not plan to arrive early. Let us know if you have any questions!

Guest Arrival for Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Please plan to be at Lucky Arrow no later than 4:00, this will ensure time to get parked and seated. All guests to be seated by 4:30 for 4:30 ceremony start time.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

This is a semi-formal ceremony. For people wanting to wear dresses we recommend long dresses (for weather) or cocktail attire. For people wanting to wear a top and pants we kindly ask NO denim.
Ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail and reception will also be outside so dress accordingly.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
This would be a great time to grab a cocktail, check into your room, and mingle with other guests on top of the event center! Hors d'oeuvre will be available during this time. Cocktail hour will be outside.
Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Wear cocktail dresses, floor length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. It will be outside on gravel so be mindful of shoe selection.
Dinner will begin at 6:00pm. Please wait for your table to be called, this will prompt you to choose from 1 of 2 food truck options: Chi'Lantro or Slab BBQ. Vegan and Vegetarian options available at Chi'Lantro only.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Join us as we dance the night away in the dance hall! There will be full bar and signature cocktails throughout the night.
