The hotel has kindly offered a special group rate of $495 per night. The room block rates will be efficient from July 14th till July 17th. • Rates quoted above are based on Single/Double Occupancy and are net non-commissionable. City Taxes, Fees, and Assessments The guest room rates quoted above are net non-commissionable and subject to the following city taxes, fees, and assessments which are subject to change without notice. • Guest Room Tax of fifteen percent (15%) • Tourism Assessment Surcharge of $2.50 per room per day • Tourism Marketing District Assessment of $7.00 per room per day • Tourism Improvement District Fee of $2.00 per room per day Resort Fee The hotel resort fee is $55.00 per room, per night (plus 15% tax). Room Reservations must be received on or before Saturday, February 28, 2026. Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time, 72 hours prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night's room rate plus tax (15%).
