Flying In: The Charlottesville airport is a smaller airport, so be sure to double check flight availability from your location. If you plan to fly into Richmond (RIC), Raegan (DCA), or Dulles (IAD), factor in additional travel time and car rentals needed. Taking the train: The Charlottesville Amtrak is a short distance from downtown. If you plan to take the train, you will likely not need to rent a car for the weekend, as transportation will be provided to the wedding. Hotels: You can book rooms in our reserved room blocks using the links on this page. Transportation will be provided to/from the wedding from the listed hotel options as well as the Omni Charlottesville, but we will not be providing transportation from other hotels in the area. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please plan for a safe ride home from the wedding. Make it a weekend: Our wedding is on a Sunday evening - if you plan to come in on Friday or Saturday, please make sure to book your room for the full weekend and to check out on Monday. We will be providing recommended activities and restaurants when you receive your formal invitation.
