Tell them that it is for the Doolittle wedding. The room rate that they quote you should be $119. GROUP RATE DETAILS Group Name: Dylan & Naomi Doolittle Wedding Group Dates: Thursday, May 23 through Monday, May 27, 2024 (special rate only applies for these dates) DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE $119.00 per room/per night plus tax for one king bed or two queen beds--Group room rate for nine or less rooms booked under the block. $110.00 per room/per night plus tax for one king bed or two queen beds--Group room rate for 10 or more rooms booked under the block. The hotel will adjust the room rate if the group meets the requirements on the day of arrival. IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION You must call the hotel to reserve your room. Reservations made outside of the group room block will NOT receive the special rate. IF you need to cancel your room reservation, please cancel it 48 hours before the date of arrival so you are not charged for the room. The room block includes a limited number of rooms, please book early. Remember you need to book by Tuesday, April 23 to receive the special rate.
