Tent Set-Up
2:00 pm
Feel free to come an hour or two early to set-up your tent before the ceremony. There is a designated camping field behind the upper pond (follow the signs). For those looking for a quieter space, feel free to pitch a tent in the woods or by the lost pond. Check in with a Trautmann or Elmore sibling for guidance. We only ask that if you plan to camp near the ceremony or reception site, that you wait until after dinner to set-up!
Camping

Feel free to retire to your tent whenever the sleepies hit you. But don't be surprised if you hear the rumblings of fun til the wee hours of the morning--you know how we roll
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
Follow signs up the hill to the ceremony site. For those needing additional help getting up the hill, hop a ride in the hay wagon!
Wear what feels right, but leave the stilettos at home...wouldn't want to get stuck in the muck
Cocktails in the Barn
5:00 pm
Head down the hill to the Bank Barn for cocktails and snacks provided by Live Forever Foods!
Dinner and Dancing
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
It might seem simple to jump out the Bank Barn window to get to the dinner tent, but Deb and Bob kindly request that you take the scenic route and walk down! Wouldn't want any wedding casualties!
Late Night Bonfire

Stop by your tent to grab a hoodie and meet by the big bonfire for s'mores and music! There might even be some fireworks if Jonah has his way!
