The Hub: You will easily find direct flights from major hubs in Minnesota, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Ground Transportation: You can easily grab a rideshare (Uber/Lyft), rent a car, or hop directly onto the MARTA (Atlanta's transit train) right inside the domestic terminal to head toward the city.
Driving
For our East Coast family making the drive down from the Pennsylvania and Delaware areas, Atlanta is a straightforward, albeit long, road trip.
The Route: Most driving routes from the PA/DE area will take you down I-95 South, cutting across via I-85 South directly into the heart of Atlanta.
Drive Time: Expect roughly a 10 to 12-hour drive depending on your exact starting point and traffic around major metros like Washington, D.C. and Charlotte.
If you want to break up the drive, cities like Roanoke, VA, or Charlotte, NC, make great halfway stopping points for lunch or an overnight stay!
