When you RSVP, please RSVP for everyone who will be attending in your group if your online RSVP specifies that you may bring additional guests or children. It will list out the names of all guests invited in your family or party or it will specify that you can bring a guest or child. If your RSVP just lists "Guest," please make sure to include their name as requested. While we would love to invite everyone, we do have a limit on the number of guests we can invite, children included. We apologize if this is an issue. Also, please note some adult guests might be listed as "child" under your RSVP this is because the wedding website is limited in how we could list out the guests, so if there were more than 2 adults in a party, we had to list the other adults in your party as children...apologies if this is confusing.
The KOA campground we are getting married at has a block of cabins and RV sites available at a discount price. We will be staying at the campground. You will need to call (757) 331-1776 to book, when you call you will need to select option 3 to get to the campground directly, then mention you want the room block for the Stallings - Stankovich Wedding in May. There is a 2-night minimum to stay at the campground. The room block contains the following rental options (prices do include the taxes and fees): Coral Reef RV Site, Cost: $75.67 per night Sunset Bluff Cabins: $175.84 per night (accommodate up to 6 people) Oyster Point Cabins: $164.71 per night (accommodate up to 6 people) There is tent camping, yurt camping, and you can rent an RV for camping, but those sites are not part of our room block. Those sites would be their full normal price as listed on the KOA website. There is still a 2-night minimum to stay at these sites as well. Once our room block has booked up we will add additional sites if needed. Please reach out to Nancy or William regarding adding a campsite to the room block. If you only want to stay one night, then you will need to book a motel or hotel in the town of Cape Charles which is 10 - 15 minutes from the campground depending upon where you pick to stay. We do not have a room block at any of the other hotels/motels. Here is a list of other local places to stay: Cape Motel - https://www.capemotel.com Hotel Cape Charles - https://www.hotelcapecharles.com/ Also check out Air B&B

Here is a link to the map of the campground: https://koa.com/campgrounds/chesapeake-bay/map/ If you want to be close to the ceremony, then park at the Sunset Beach Bar and Grill parking. When you come down the main road to the campsite off of the highway, you will stay straight instead of turning left. The road will be outside of the campground but will lead right to the Sunset Beach parking. Parking here will be limited, as it is a smaller parking lot. If the sunset bluff parking is full, you want to be close to the reception or drive to the reception after the ceremony parking is located at the Welcome Center. When you enter the main entrance to the campground you will veer left instead of going straight. You can follow the signs for check in and park at the large building. The reception will be held on the second floor of the Welcome Center building in the Barrier Island Room. If you park at the welcome center, you will need to walk or catch the golf cart to the Sunset Bluff area. It is located in front of the water at the back of the campground. Both parking areas mentioned above provide free parking. If you choose to enter the campground to visit you will have to pay a guest fee. You can park in front of the Sunset Bluff restaurant, or you can park at someone's campsite that is staying at the site and attending the wedding. If you choose to park at someone's site, please make sure to follow the campsite parking rules that limit the number of vehicles at a campsite.
There isn't one. Wear what you like, we are getting married by the beach and this will not be a fancy event. You can dress fancy, dress business casual, wear jeans or shorts.... No dress code here.
Gifts are not required, and we are thankful for any gift you might choose to bring. If you would like advice on a specific gift, we would love money or gift cards to be used for our honeymoon.
We have decided that we will not have a professional photographer at the reception. Instead, we will be handing out disposable cameras for each table and relying on pictures taken with your phones and added to your social media platforms. #FallingForStallings is a hashtag that can be used on Facebook or Instagram to collect any pictures you post from the wedding in one place so that we can view them. If you would like to post to your social media and share the pictures with us and other wedding guests, all you need to do is include the hashtag exactly as written in the description of your picture post, and when someone searches the hashtag #FallingForStallings all of the pictures posted associated to that hashtag will show up. Keep in mind if you have privacy restrictions on your photos only your friends or people you allow will be able to view it.
We will be serving beer, cider, and wine. If you want to drink something special or liquor you are allowed to bring your own. We might not have the type of mixer you want either, as we are serving tea, flavored water, bottled water and Coke/Pepsi.
