We’re getting married!

Nancy and Tommy have always gone to school together, but it wasn’t until after they graduated for them to get together. It was late 2016, their high school football team was playing Santiam Christian and the two of them, being in the same place, ran into each other. They stood around and talked until he had to leave and asked his friends if they had her snapchat. After talking for some time, he tricked her into a first date and they never looked back since.

The summer of 2018 was just like every other summer they had spent together. Nancy was working for Hayworth Farms and Tommy was working construction for WPI. On a particular day, Tommy had planned a scavenger hunt with Nancy and told her with each question she got right, he would give her a letter. He drove into the woods of Monroe and their final destination overlooked the entire wooden area. Once she placed the letters in the right spot, it spelled out “Turn Around.” There she found him on one knee with a little black box and said, “Nancy, will you marry me?” And as of August 25th, she was officially his forever.
