Pre-Yacht Photo Shoot

Event 1 of 2: Pre-Yacht Photoshoot
Please let us know if you plan to join us for the pre-wedding photoshoot! The pre-yacht photoshoot will take place near Marina Bay, close to the Empress Yacht harbor. Exact location details will be emailed to RSVP’d guests closer to the date. We’d love to ensure we capture special moments with everyone, so your RSVP will help us plan accordingly. Looking forward to seeing you in front of the camera! 📸
Boarding Time
2:15 pm - 2:30 pm
Event 2 of 2: Boarding at 2:15PM
Time to set sail! The yacht takes off at 2:30 sharp, no exceptions (even for us!). We should all be gathered in front of the harbor by 2:00PM so, don't be fashionably late and allow time to find the port/boat (it can be overwhelming!). Be sure to arrive on time, we don’t want to party without you!
Departure, Hors d'Oeuvres, Speeches & First Dance
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Yacht sets sail! Welcome aboard by Captain Gerry
- Light bites and drinks served on the second floor as everyone mingles and enjoys the views - Heartfelt speeches from family and friends - As we share our first dance as newlyweds, we invite you to join us on the dance floor for a slow dance and celebrate this beautiful moment together!
Buffet Dinner & Cake
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
We move down to the First Floor for a relaxed buffet dinner with a mix of favorite dishes, paired with our delicious wedding cake
Sunset Photos
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm
Capture the perfect golden hour photos on the yacht’s deck with your favorite people.
Pro-tip: Sunset is at 4:55PM! Our wedding theme embraces Gold Accents, Blush Pink, Peach, Rose, Dove Gray, and Light Blue, so feel free to coordinate your attire if you’d like to match the decor for photos! Lastly, it’s a December wedding, so while the yacht is covered, be sure to dress warmly, just in case the evening turns chilly—especially for nighttime photos!
