Nancy and Joe met where any classy couple meets: The Cantina Cadillac in Fort Worth. If you haven't been, picture neon signs, ice cold beer, an always-packed pool table, and a dance floor underneath a twinkling disco ball. Nancy was on a bachelorette trip (thanks Maria!), and Joe was out for a boys night (thanks Edwin!). One dance together on that vintage floor was all it took for sparks to fly. One dance turned into another, which turned into Joe getting her phone number. The next weekend was their first date in the Stockyards. After that they were off to many adventures all over Texas and even the world!
