Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 1, 2026

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you plan on attending the ceremony at St. Gabriel the Archangel, please arrive by 3:00pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please be mindful of your footwear, as the reception will be held in the backyard.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Marriott Park Ridge (<10 minute drive) for your convenience. Please visit the "Travel" tab above for full details on booking information. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift. For those who wish to contribute, we have created a honeymoon fund as we are planning a delayed trip during residency.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the church for the ceremony. Parking at the reception is limited, and while a valet service will be available, we encourage guests to use rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) if possible. This will help make arrival and departure smoother for everyone.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the ceremony to the reception only. If you need transportation for this portion of the day, please let us know on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Otherwise, guests are responsible for getting to the ceremony and departing from the reception on their own.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re hosting a casual welcome event on Friday night to kick off the festivities and greet our out-of-town guests. Join us at Davey's Irish Pub & Restaurant in Montvale, about a 10-minute drive from the ceremony/reception. Please see the "Schedule" tab for more information. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors, while the reception will be held outdoors in a backyard setting. Please check the weather and dress comfortably. We have covered tents in case of inclement weather.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, we will provide transportation from the church to the reception. Guests will enjoy cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing — all in the backyard reception space.

Question

What is the weather typically like?

Answer

The weather in NJ during this time is generally pleasant (highs of 60s-70s and lows of 40s-50s). As the reception will be outdoors, we recommend bringing a light layer for the evening. However, the weather can be variable so please check the forecast beforehand.
