What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Guests are encouraged to to wear any Christmas accessories!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at The Terrace at the Madison Event Center - Building North. The Reception will take place at the Grand Ballroom at the Madison Event Center. They are about a block away from each other so you can plan for a short walk after the ceremony. Guests can arrive at 5 pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 p.m.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held indoors.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is a parking garage right next to Hotel Covington at 638 Madison Ave, Covington, KY 41011 that is $5 or there is also valet service for $8.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There are elevators at both locations.
