To reserve a room within our wedding room block, you may either use the booking link above or call the hotel directly using the number listed. If reserving by phone, please be sure to request the Nalesnik/Smith Wedding Room Block to receive the special group rate. Please note that the special group rate is available through Thursday, October 29, 2026. After this date, guests are still welcome to reserve a room based on hotel availability, but reservations will be made at the hotel's standard rate. If you plan to extend your stay beyond Friday and Saturday, we recommend making two separate reservations: one for any additional nights outside of our wedding room block (November 20-21) and a second reservation for Friday and Saturday to take advantage of the discounted group rate. When you arrive, simply let the front desk know that you have consecutive reservations. They will be able to link them together so you can remain in the same room throughout your stay without needing to check out and move rooms.
