What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 3:30 PM, and our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time for parking and seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. We invite our guests to celebrate with us in black and shades of brown. Please avoid tan, orange, white, ivory, and similar bridal shades.

What does formal attire mean?

Answer

For women, we recommend floor length or elegant dresses. For men, suits or formal attire are encouraged. Please visit our Dress Code section for inspiration.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We have an alternate plan in place in the event of inclement weather. Please check our wedding website for any important day of updates.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both will take place at Pheasant Cove at Brookside. Once the ceremony concludes, guests will remain on the property for the reception festivities.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating, plus-ones have been extended to specific guests and are listed by name on the invitation and RSVP. If a guest’s name does not appear on your invitation or within your RSVP party, we kindly ask that you do not bring an additional guest. Thank you for helping us keep our celebration intimate and within our planned guest count.

Are children welcome?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll enjoy the evening as a night out with us!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras remain put away while we exchange our vows. After the ceremony, feel free to capture all the memories you’d like! #LoveOnTheMenuTheBergers

Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Are RSVPs still being accepted?

Our RSVP deadline has passed, and responses are now closed. If you need to update an existing RSVP, please contact Nakayla or Everett directly.

What if I RSVP yes but can no longer attend?

We understand that plans can change! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our final guest count.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking will be available at the venue.

If you or someone in your party may need assistance with seating, mobility, or accessing the outdoor ceremony area, please contact us ahead of time so we can make arrangements to ensure you are comfortable.
