Ohhh, Facebook...

First comes Mullets, then comes a lifetime together.

In 2020, we met through a Facebook page called "The Mullet that Changed my Life" and let me tell you I truly found THE MULLET that changed my life for the better. And I wouldn't have had it happen any other way. After talking to each other through comments of other people’s post, we finally added one another on snapchat and exchanged phone numbers. When talking we realized the distance between the two of us was just too much, with David living in Minnesota at the time and myself in Idaho we didn't think much would happen between us. So, we both agreed on staying friends and continuing to talk here and there. The end of April in 2022 I received a message from David saying, "YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHERE I MOVED." I thought it was a joke but when he told me he was officially only about 9hrs away from where I lived in Idaho, I knew I had to meet this man one of these days. We talked up until June 3rd, and he told me he was heading to Texas and was going to stop in Boise for one night to meet me! We ended up meeting up at a bar named Cowgirls in Kuna, ID of all places! That night officially set off our entire relationship. Most know the story behind it but others I will just let you keep wondering because those are secret details. After that night he decided, he didn't want to just spend one night with me, so he convinced his friends who came down with him to stay for a whole week. We connected more and spent time together building something I didn't realize would ever happen. He officially asked me to be his girlfriend on 06/09/2022 at the Eagle Rodeo. I said yes, but never did I ever think we would be getting married within the next three years. We had talked about our future and whether we were going to make this work. We both concluded on the idea that I would move to Montana, and we would start a life together. So, I did it, I moved to Montana for some boy! Family was worried just as much as I was myself, but I had a feeling that he was it for me. Now on October 4th, 2025, we will finally get to say, "I do" and cherish more memories together as I take his last name and become a Zilbert. #NakkGotZillyed #OneMoreZilbert
