How do I RSVP?

Use the RSVP tab on the site. RSVP's for both the Hawaii Ceremony and the Pittsburgh Celebration can be done.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by July 1, 2026. Your response helps us plan a wonderful celebration — we hope to see you there!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2:00PM. Guests can begin arriving 1:30PM. Guests will not be allowed to enter the ceremony space after the start time until the ceremony is complete. Any late guests will be allowed in after the completion of the ceremony

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We did not reserve a hotel block, as many of our out-of-town guests will be arriving at different times and our wedding may fall at different points in their island adventures. Guests who would like to stay near the venue can find nearby hotels in Kamuela or explore home rentals through VRBO or Airbnb in the Waimea/Kamuela area. We hope you’ll choose accommodations that best fit your travel plans and enjoy your time on the island! Please note: there are two Waimea in Hawai‘i — Waimea and Waimea Town are on different islands — double-check the island before you book.

May I bring a plus one?

Due to the intimate size of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on each invitation. We appreciate your understanding, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions!
