Where is parking at the venue?

Answer

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP before March 16th, 2025.

What happens if I miss the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP deadline has been set by our caterer and venue. If you were unable to RSVP by the deadline, the caterer or venue may not be able to include you in our headcount. Please reach out to us immediately if you have not RSVP'd but would like to attend. Do not attend without RSVPing or communicating with us.

Why is my name not appearing on the RSVP page?

Answer

For some guests, we may have spelled last names based on pronunciation, which could lead to errors. For others, we used last names from Facebook. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will gladly make the necessary corrections.

Can I bring a date? How do I know who is included in my invitation?

Answer

If a plus one was not listed on your invitation but you would like to bring someone, please reach out to us first. Due to our full guest list, we cannot accommodate additional guests without prior approval and availability. The invitation specifies who is included, but if you're unsure, don't hesitate to ask!

What if I can no longer attend?

Answer

If you RSVP'd that you would be attending but can no longer join us, please let us know as soon as possible. We promise we won't be upset if you inform us in advance.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block reserved, and you can find the details on the travel page of this website. Depending on your plans in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, you can choose to stay in the city you flew into or closer to our venue. The closest hotels are located in Morgantown and Uniontown. If you need assistance with your travel plans, we're happy to discuss options and provide recommendations.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We don’t want to require our guests to adhere to specific shuttle times. If you need transportation accommodations, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend formal or semi-formal attire, but we want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident. Members of the wedding party will be in formal attire. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops, and crocs. The overall vibe for the wedding is floral-fairy garden. Please avoid yellow if possible. Pastels are highly recommended! Guests can bring a casual set of back up clothes and shoes for the dance floor. The bride will be dancing most of the night!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Keep in mind that our wedding is in Pennsylvania in May, so the weather can be slightly unpredictable. Last year the weather was 86° during the day and 57° during the night but the year before was 47° during the day and 37° during the night.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. We recommend arriving by 4:30 p.m. (The venue is gorgeous, and you'll want to explore and snap some selfies, so there's no harm in arriving early.)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar with our signature cocktails for the bride and groom, as well as a selection of beers, wines, and other liquors.
