Did you guys seriously rent the Villa?
Answer
Yes. Yes, we did. Everyone invited to the wedding will have a place to stay so don't worry about setting up your own accommodations. We can't wait to fill it (and another house) with everyone we love. We'll take care of assigning rooms before you get there. Check out the “Travel & Stay” section for details on where we'll be for the weekend.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 31st so we can lock in the headcount. Our wedding is on March 21st, but we want to make sure there’s enough food, tequila, and dance floor space for everyone for the entire weekend!

Most all activities and the wedding ceremony will take place at Villa Mia.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
Guests are responsible for transportation from the airport to the villa. Taxis or ride-share services are easy to find and we'd recommend coordinating together! Ride takes ~45 mins depending on traffic. Villa Mia Carretera a Barra de Navidad, Puerto Vallarta, Jal. 48292, Mexico

What time should I arrive?

Villa Mia's check-in starts on Friday (3/20) at 4:00 PM, with dinner around 6:00. For the full weekend rundown, head to the “Schedule” tab.

Can I bring a plus-one or my kids?
Answer
We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but our venue has limited space. Your invitation and save-the-date specify exactly who is invited, and we kindly ask that no additional guests or children attend. Thank you for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes! We’re working on a few ideas, but expect most of them to be centered around pool time, games, and plenty of laughs. Think of it as a weekend-long hangout with a wedding in the middle. 🎉

What do I pack?
Answer
Think sunshine, pool time, and a little glam for the big day. You’ll definitely want: - Your outfit for the wedding & dancing shoes for the party (see mood boards in Travel & Stay tab) - Swimsuits, sunglasses, and sandals for the pool - Sunscreen - Light layers for the evenings - Cash for shuttle from the villa to the airport and massage (if you choose)
