As much as we wish we could invite everyone, the names on the invitation will specify those invited.
We've chosen to make this an adults-only celebration.
For the rehearsal dinner, attire is smart casual. For drinks, wear whatever you want, just please wear something. For the wedding, the attire is formal. Please refrain from wearing sundresses, jeans, shorts, flip flops, hats, or shirts without collars. Cocktail or floor length dresses or a suit and tie would look great on all our guests!
The ceremony will actually begin at 4:30 PM on the dot, feel free to arrive 15 -20 mins prior to the start time.
Both the rehearsal dinner and venue are less than 10 mins from the hotels we've reserved blocks at. For this reason, we've decided Uber/ Lyft are the best options to get around. If you do not use these apps or are uncomfortable doing so please don't hesitate to reach out to one of us for alternative options.
Our ceremony and reception will be indoors and the cocktail hour will be outdoors in a courtyard (no grass so feel free to wear those skinny heels ladies!) Keep in mind, Atlanta has an average high of 75 in October.
Adjacent to Scofflaw Brewing (the brewery where we are getting drinks), there is a fantastic food hall with kiosks of popular local restaurants called Chattahoochee Food Works. The neighborhood just south of this area is called West Midtown- and in our opinion, it has the best restaurants in Atlanta. Some of our favorites in this neighborhood are: Aziza and Falafel Nation (Israeli- Mediterranean) Redbird (New American with a Southern Twist) Food Terminal (Pan-Asian) Antico (Pizza-Neapolitan) Nick's West Side (New American) Eight Sushi Lounge (We'll let you figure that out) With any sit down restaurants we recommend making reservations at least a week or two out.
Both of us are big ATL foodies. Please reach out to one of us if you want any specific recommendation-we'll be happy to share all our favorites!
