Our wedding calls for formal attire. Men are typically expected to wear dark suits or tuxedos, while women may choose anything from elegant evening gowns to dressy cocktail attire. We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, cream, beige, ivory, blush, and off-white dresses to ensure the bride stands out on her special day. Our wedding color is dusty lavender, and we encourage guests to join in the celebration by incorporating purple into their attire. However, if you prefer to avoid matching the bridal party, feel free to select another color.

The whole wedding from ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors at Fox Hollow.

We want to ensure comfort for all of our guests. Both hotels and the venue are fully wheelchair accessible. The Somerley additionally features wide elevators and large private bathroom stalls. There will be no strobe lighting or flashing effects. If you have additional concerns please reach out to Bride or Groom and we will do our best to accommodate.

While we love your little ones, we have carefully chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.

Our RSVP deadline is January 31st, 2025. This allows us to provide an accurate headcount to our vendors, ensuring the best celebration possible. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will regrettably assume you are unable to attend, and we will miss celebrating with you. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For our guests staying at The Inn at Fox Hollow, no additional transportation will be necessary, as the ceremony venue is conveniently located on the premises, just a short walk away. For those staying at the Holiday Inn, we will be providing Uber vouchers for your convenience. However, if enough guests choose to stay there, we may arrange for a shuttle bus instead.
