Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like our guests to wear cocktail attire. Please note that the ceremony and reception will both take place on grass so choose your shoe choice accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the home of Patricia Cooley (groom's grandmother) at 10111 Mentor Road, Chardon, OH 44024, which is next door to the Davis Residence. There is also parking available across the street on Stratford Ridge Lane.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know on your RSVP of any dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults only wedding.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and back after the reception?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to and from the Holiday Inn in and the Comfort Inn. A schedule will be sent out. Please refer to the travel page if you would like to book a room. The shuttle will run from 11:00PM until 1:00AM following the reception.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outside. We will have a tent for the reception.

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025.

We will only be able to accommodate the people listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 to allow the ceremony to start on time.
