A shuttle will be provided to transport you to the Welcome Event on Friday evening. Pickups will occur at both the Westin and Hampton Inn, beginning at approximately 7:00 PM. The shuttle will also make a return trip to both hotels at the conclusion of the Welcome Event at 10:00PM.
