Alternatively, Savannah IS the hostess city! There are a number of Airbnbs and hotels throughout the downtown area, all walking distance from chosen hotels. If you are planning to stay close to the main hotel, would suggest a hotel that is near River St/Bay St, or between Forsyth Park and Bay St. Most downtown hotels are within a lovely 10-15 minute jaunt!
If you'd like to make your visit a beach getaway, Tybee Island is just a 30 minute ride to downtown and 45 minutes to The Mackey House.
NOTE: April in Savannah is a busy tourist season, so to any of our Last-Minute Lucys: please secure your accommodations quickly!
