Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, however due to COVID-19 restrictions and space limitations we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and in order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding is in Phoenix, MD. The closest major cities are Towson and Hunt Valley, Maryland. Baltimore is also an option if a city stay is more your speed! If you’re an out of town guest in need of accommodations, you’re in luck! Is there a dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is ample parking at Hunt Valley Country Club, where the ceremony and reception will both take place.

How can we join you virtually?

Answer

While COVID-19 and it's restrictions have changed the plans we originally would’ve had, we will be offering the option to have you join us virtually. The livestream link will be available on the main website page a week prior to our wedding day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive approximately 30 min prior to the ceremony time. Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. Late arrivals may be held in an alternate space of the venue until the ceremony concludes to minimize interruptions.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Beginning June 7th, 2021 you can also RSVP via this website. Please RSVP by July 23rd using our site or the RSVP card that has or will come in the mail. Unfortunately, those who do not submit RSVP's will not be accommodated and cannot attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions (not preferences) by sending an email to naeandrod@gmail.com. Include the name of the guest as well as the specific allergy/need no later than July 23, 2021.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no arranged transportation from the hotels. Ride shares and/or rental cars are strongly encouraged.
