WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue between 3:30pm and 3:50pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
Venue is located at the back of the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum. Follow the signs for Evergreen Chapel as you drive past the museum with a big plane.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Preferred colors are light summer colors and floral prints. Ceremony and reception dinner will be inside in an air conditioned lodge.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL
Answer
Yes, wine, beer, and signature cocktails will be available at an open bar until the limit we had pre paid reaches. Then, you will be able to purchase your drinks. Bar closes at 8:45pm.

What about gifts?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with everyone who is able to come and that’s the biggest gift for us. Cash funds are welcome to help us start our newlywed life. We also made a registry on Amazon, which has some of things we would love to have! Some of the things we enjoy doing together is arts and crafts, cooking, house projects, hosting family and friends, outdoor activities such as pickleball, hiking, traveling. Where can I stay?
Answer
August is the best time in Oregon which means many people travel here. Please book your accommodation ahead of time. Venue is located in McMinnville, OR which has a couple of hotels and airbnbs. If you do want to look elsewhere Portland and Beaverton are 1 hour away, Salem is 40 minutes away, and Newberg is 20 minutes away. Traffic is not heavy in the area.

WHAT IF I DONT RSVP BY THE DEADLINE?
Answer
If you have not given us a response by 7/23/2024, you will be marked as "not attending." The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!
