Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The Landing Hotel courtyard! Valet your car for a fee or park in the self park garage for free! Head down to the hotel bar and make your way to the courtyard through the double doors!

And the reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, staff will guide you toward the escalators inside the casino to take you to the second floor where the reception and cocktail hour will be held in the Bridges Ballroom.

Do I need ID?

Answer

Yes! You need to bring valid ID proving you are 21+ to be allowed to enter the reception space.

Will there be parking? And if so, is it free?

Answer

Guests staying at The Landing Hotel will have valet parking as part of their reservation. For other guests traveling in, the casino offers free parking as well as valet for a fee.

What is the dress code?

Black tie optional. Read: black tie OR formal. Please reach out for clarification if needed!

Will there be children at the wedding?

Answer

Rivers Casino requires guests be 21+ so we will not be having children at the wedding except for those in the immediate family.

Only if your invitation includes a guest.

Then you will not be allowed into the reception space as there will be no seat or plate for you.

What can I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We understand if there are circumstances or previous commitments that prevent you from celebrating with us! We have a honeymoon fund set up and a registry if you would like to contribute to our household in place of attending!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will have our officiant set aside 60 seconds for our guests to snap a photo before the ceremony begins and we ask that you put your phones away for an unplugged ceremony.

I have a food allergy/dietary restrictions; can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! In the RSVP, there will be a section to list any allergies or restrictions so we can take that into account when we plan our menu.
