How do we RSVP?

Answer

When you receive your invite, please head over to the RSVP section to formally RSVP and let us know your menu preferences, any dietary restrictions, and any special accommodations we should be aware of. We ask that you RSVP no later than May 15th, 2026

When should guests fly in?

Answer

Because of the unpredictable weekend traffic and uncertainties of air travel, we recommend all guests who are flying in to arrive no later than Thursday evening, the 30th.

Is there a room block or room code for a hotel?

Answer

For your convenience, we’ve secured a courtesy hotel block at a The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa. There’s no obligation to stay there, but rooms are available at a special rate for our guests. More information, including hotel recommendations, is available on the Travel section of this website.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Answer

The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa offers plenty of parking. Self-parking is $25 per night per vehicle, with in & out privileges. If you plan on celebrating with a drink or two, we recommend staying on-site or taking an Uber/Lyft.

What is the weather like?

Answer

July in Kirkland usually brings warm, sunny days and comfortable summer weather. As temperatures may dip a bit in the evening, a light layer is recommended.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in formal, black-tie optional, or cocktail attire. Tuxedos or dark suits, and floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are all perfect choices. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, which is reserved for the bride.

Can we use our cellphones to capture photos?

Answer

We have an amazing photographer who will capture all our photos, so we invite you to be fully present on our wedding day. Please wait until after the ceremony to take photos, and be mindful not to block the professional photographers.
