How do we get from the chapel to the reception?

Answer

We have organised for a coach to bring guests from the church, after the ceremony, to the hotel, for the reception. There is free on-street parking at the church on Saturdays, and other parking arrangements on campus for the ceremony.

What accommodation is available?

Answer

The reception will be held at The Holiday Inn - West. There is a discount available for any wedding guests staying in the hotel. When booking, select the 'group rate' in the rate preference and use the code 'CRA', which will provide you with the wedding discount rate.

In lieu of gifts, we kindly ask that you consider contributing towards our newlywed and immigration funds.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Technically, yes. We would love to see a splash of tartan wherever possible. Please avoid white and navy blue.

Do you accommodate dietry requests?

Answer

Yes! Our venue can accommodate a range of different dietary requirements. Please leave your dietary requests in the comment box of your RSVP and we will ensure it is seen to. There is no judgment here.

Can I bring a plus one/children?

Answer

If the invitation indicates a plus one and/or your children, then yes, you can. If only your name is stated and no others, then unfortunately we cannot accommodate for additional guests.

Why so many changes?

Answer

Listen, it turns out planning a long-distance wedding and trying to accommodate families from halfway across the world is not an easy task. We are so excited to finally have a date and a plan and that's what we're focussing on from here on out.
