Are there restrictions I should be aware of during the wedding?

Answer

YES. TI wishes us to remind our guests of the their policies: - There is a $250 late fee if the ceremony does not start on time. - There is a $500 fee for using cameras with flash on or videotaping. MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF CAMERA FLASHES AND NOT TO VIDEOTAPE CEREMONY, PLEASE. - No tri-pods and our guests must remain seated when taking pictures. If any of these are violated an automatic charge will be placed on our account. We respectfully ask you to follow these policies. Thank you.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please! Please RSVP on this wedding website under the “RSVP” tab. Enter your name and answer if you will attend to the events you have been invited to.

Is there a discounted room rate associated with the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please see our "Room Reservations" tab and read the information, then scroll to the bottom and click the "View" button. You will then be taken to a Treasure Island website, click the "Make Reservation" button. You will then see Avery-Willie 28 Wedding with the dates listed of what the B&G have created a room block for.

"Run of the House" room is accommodating wedding guests of Avery-Willie, but what if I want to upgrade the room?

Answer

"Run of the House" room is the main room being accommodated for our guests, your option is a 1 King or a 2 Queen beds. But there are options to choose an upgraded room if you choose to do so.

Is there a cutoff date to book a room with Treasure Island using the group rate?

Answer

YES! The cutoff to book all rooms at the group rate is May 5, 2022. After this date, any unsold rooms will be released and the room block will be closed. Additional rooms requested after the cutoff date are subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Checking In & Out with TI...

Answer

Guest check-in time is 3:00PM (Pacific Time). If rooms are requested prior to check-in time, early arrivals will be accommodated only when rooms become available. Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or be accompanied by someone at twenty-one (21) years of age to check in. Check-out time is 11:00AM (Pacific Time).

How many guests are allowed in a room?

Answer

Based on the contract signed by the Bride & Groom with Treasure Island Reservations, there are only 4 guests to a room.

How do we pay for our rooms with Treasure Island?

Answer

Make your room reservation with our booking website and pay with credit/debit card. All guests rooms are contracted to "Pay on Their Own". You do not have to have Bride & Groom make your reservations, you can book them on your own. If needed refer "Avery-Willie 28".

How do we check in at Treasure Island?

Answer

Once arrived at Treasure Island, check in with front desk and refer "Avery-Willie 28" guest.

Bringing a Wedding gift?

Answer

We thank you in advance for your thoughtful gift, we don't plan on accepting gifts in Las Vegas due to the hassle of hauling gifts to and from Las Vegas. We do plan on hosting a Wedding Shower sometime in April, this could give you the opportunity to present your gift to us then.

Can I ship/drop off a Wedding Registry present now?

Answer

Yes, if you would rather ship early to our home address or drop off an early wedding registry gift, that would be perfectly fine. Please, contact Nadine and let her know if you plan to do so.

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

Guests may take pictures as long as the flash is OFF and guests remain in their seats. No videotaping or tripods are permitted in the Chapel. If any of the guidelines are not followed, a significant financial penalty fee will be charged to the B&G's account.

Are food & drinks allowed in the Chapel or at the Lunch Reception?

Answer

NO! Beverage coolers, outside food and drinks are NOT ALLOWED in the chapel/chapel lobby or luncheon reception at any time.

Does TI provide Steaming Services?

Answer

TI offers steaming services through the Bell Desk (across from the Front Desk) for wedding dresses and tux's. The cost will be determined by length of dress, beading, how many pieces of the tux, etc. The items will need to be brought to them at least the day before. They can do same day steaming if the items are brought early enough in the morning.
