We’ve reserved room blocks at the two hotels listed below for your convenience. If you would like to stay within the room block, we encourage you to book early. That said, there are plenty of other great lodging options throughout the Beacon and Fishkill area, so please feel free to stay wherever works best for you—there’s no requirement to book within the room block.

Wedding Transportation & Parking Information

Please note: The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM, and latecomers will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony has started. For guests planning to drive, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Uber and Lyft drivers are also abundant in the area. A complimentary shuttle service will be available running between the Residence Inn and Mount Gulian Historic Site. The first shuttle will depart the Residence Inn at 3:00 PM to transport the bridal party to the venue. A second shuttle will follow at 4:30 PM for all other wedding guests. We recommend arriving at the Residence Inn lobby a few minutes early to ensure you don't miss your ride. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

The wedding venue is a 10 minute drive from the Beacon train station. Taxi, Uber, and Lyft services are available
