Yes, a valid passport or passport card is required OR you can use an ENHANCED drivers license if you do not have a passport.
Please bring proof of your Covid vaccines. Ie. COVID card please
For our American friends you will need to be fully vaccinated to cross the Canadian/U.S. border. You need to fill out the ARRIVECAN APP through your phone before arrival. If you need help please let me know as I have done this many times before and have become quite the pro!
We have rooms blocked off at the Days Inn which is on site, as well as Quality Inn which is next door. It will be on a first come first serve basis. There is another hotel nearby, which is about a 5 minute drive. Either of these places will be available, but we do recommend you book as soon as possible. The Days Inn and Quality Inn block is underneath Nadia & Justin’s Reception.
Formal wedding attire, the usual.
The whole shebang is located at the same building. Seeing as if you stay at that hotel there will be no need, and if you stay at a different hotel/place you will need to provide your own transportation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (aside from family and special circumstances discussed with the bride and groom), so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Yes, we will have a sit down plated meal, an open bar, and a late night snack!

You are more than welcome to arrive Friday night and enjoy the weekend celebrating. We will be around the hotel that night as well. Otherwise please see our timeline of events and plan accordingly.
Although the wedding will have an open bar I’m sure tips will be appreciated. While visiting if you are from the states or a different country you may need to notify your bank/credit card company prior to traveling so they do not assume it is fraud if you plan on doing any sightseeing, needing gas, going out, etc. or you may pull out Canadian currency. Whichever is easiest.

In short, if it’s been over 10 years you’ll maybe get questioned and let through. That’s it. Unfortunately we don’t know anything less...we had someone recently visit with a DUI over 10 years and aside from being questioned at the border was allowed in. Anything below we can’t say for sure 😥
