When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you promptly RSVP by April 26th so we can have a final guest count for our venue!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a big family in itself that we are excited to share our day with. With that being said we cannot possibly fit extra reservations unless otherwise stated in your invitation.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

Only if your invitation specifically implies that your children are accounted for. We love each and everyone of your families but unfortunately we are limited in the amount of guests we can invite. A night out is always refreshing as well! If your invitation does include your children, please note if they would prefer a kids meal of chicken tenders & fries in your RSVP so we can notify our caterer!

Where is the parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

When you arrive to Saint James in the West End you may park across the street from Artifacts Museum in the lot. There also may be parking in the All Phase parking lot across the street from the church, and street parking behind as well. Freedom Farms has plenty of parking once you arrive at the barn!

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a hotel block at the surrounding accommodations. There is a list of recommendations in in travel section of the website!

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

While we would love to meet your furry friends, our venue does not allow pets, so please leave them home for the day!

Is it an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We kindly ask that guests put away phones and cameras during the ceremonial wedding mass so everyone can be fully present and our photographer can capture the moment. You're welcome to take photos during the reception!
