No later than September 6, 2025. The sooner, the better!
Please be seated by 2:45pm at the latest! Our ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 3:00pm.
Respectfully, NO! We want to have an unplugged and intentional ceremony, where we are in the moment sharing the celebration of our marriage with our family and friends. We kindly ask that you keep your phones put away.
If we've included a plus one on your invitation, then by all means! Otherwise, we ask that you only bring yourself to celebrate with us.
In order to keep our celebrations intimate, we are only inviting the children of our immediate family.
There is plenty of free parking available for both the ceremony and the reception. University parking passes are NOT required.
The parking lot for the ceremony is 143 UR Drive. The parking lot for the Jepson Alumni Center is 442 Westhampton Way. We will have signs directing you around campus for easy travel!
Yes! We are asking our guests to wear cocktail attire, and recommend tea length or long dresses for ladies. Since we both love the fall season, we would love to see you in some jewel tones! If you don't want to accidentally match the wedding party, the bridesmaids will be wearing olive green and the groomsmen will be wearing black suits.
No! The walk from the parking lot to the chapel is just a couple of minutes, and there is a handicap accessible entrance on the side of the church. There is a bit of an incline on your walk to the chapel from the parking lot, so if you have mobility concerns, allow some extra time to get there. The parking for the reception at the Jepson Alumni Center is directly across the street from the building.
We do not have arranged transportation, but there is plentiful free parking, and Uber/Lyft around Richmond are generally timely and reliable. Be specific about the location, especially for the reception at the Jepson Alumni Center since there are other Jepson buildings on campus.
