Can we bring our kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we’re keeping it just to the wedding party kids for the day. Thanks for understanding!

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will be having an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! The ceremony and cocktail areas are grass and the flooring of the reception area is stone. Dancing will be inside.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to ensure you don't miss anything and you have time to find a seat.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

For people who are staying at I Vivai and Villa Cappugi, transportation will be organized. The Villa is a short walk from I Vivai, but there will also be transportation. Transportation will also be organized for the Welcome Party from Villa Capuggi.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at Villa Pazzi if you choose to rent a car. We encourage you to use the transportation service, unless you are staying elsewhere.

Question

I am checking in on 9/23 and was planning on attending the pool party, what should I do?

Answer

Check in times will vary. I Vivai has said that if your room is not available yet, bags can be left in their lobby for you to enjoy the day until your room is ready.
