Flight

Airports

Bradley International Airport (BDL): Located about 40 minutes north of Middletown, BDL is the largest and most convenient option for domestic and international flights. Major car rental services are available, and shuttle services can take you directly to Middletown. Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN): Located about 45 minutes south of Middletown, this smaller airport is great for regional flights, particularly from the New York City area. Rental cars and ride-sharing services are available, but keep in mind flight options are more limited compared to Bradley. John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA): Both located in New York City, about 2 to 2.5 hours away by car. While they offer many flight options, the drive or public transit to Middletown can be longer and more complicated. If you plan to fly into one of these airports, we recommend renting a car or taking a shuttle. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS): About 2 hours away by car, Logan offers many domestic and international flight options. Driving or renting a car is the best way to travel from Boston to Middletown, though train options (see below) are also available.

Train

Train

Amtrak offers service to nearby cities like New Haven and Hartford, both of which are about 30-40 minutes away from Middletown by car. Once you arrive at either station, you can rent a car or use a ride-sharing service to reach Middletown. New York/Boston: You can also take Amtrak from New York or Boston to New Haven or Hartford. From there, it’s a short drive to Middletown by car or ride-share.

Travel Note

Car

Middletown is easily accessible via I-91, I-95, and Route 9. If you're driving from nearby cities like Boston or New York, the trip takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on traffic. Parking will be available at the venue, and we recommend using GPS for the best route.
