What is the dress code? / Cual es el codigo de vestimenta?

Semi-Formal: if you’d like to participate, feel free to add Game of Thrones–inspired details to your formal attire. Think elegant medieval vibes, dramatic fabrics, capes or cloaks, bold jewelry, and regal colors. Participation is completely optional, and traditional formal wear is always perfect. How is the weather going to be? /Como va a estar el clima?

Answer

While we cannot predict weather, historically in Nashville/Lebanon in January the average temperature is 23-47 degrees and 1.8 inches of snow. Please plan accordingly and keep warm! Aunque no podemos predecir el clima. En enero va a hacer frio! La temperatura promedio para esta epoca es entre los -2 y 8 grados centigrados. Y un promedio de 4 cm de nieve. Planea en base a esto y mantente abrigado!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors? / La ceremonia y la fiesta son en el mismo espacio?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors. We'll have patio heaters, but please plan to be out for 20-30 min. Reception will be indoors in a fully climate-control space, and there is a coat closet available. We don't want you to be cold, hot, or uncomfortable :) Si, seran en el mismo local, pero la ceremonia sera en el patio (si el clima lo permite) y la fiesta adentro del local. Tendremos calentadores, pero por favor planea para estar afuera entre 20-30 min. La fiesta sera en el local completamente aclimatado y tendremos un closet para guardar los abrigos. No queremos que pasen frio, calor, ni que esten incomodos :)

Will there be transportation to and from the reception? / Tendran transporte desde y para la reunion?

Answer

Transportation to and from the venue may be provided depending on the final budget. If transportation is not available, guests will be responsible for their own travel. Please note that there is plenty of free parking available at the venue. El transporte hacia y desde el lugar del evento podría proporcionarse dependiendo del presupuesto final. Si no es posible ofrecer transporte, los invitados serán responsables de su propio traslado. También habrá suficiente estacionamiento gratuito disponible en el lugar.

Am I allowed to bring my own alcohol / Puedo llevar mi propia botella de licor?

Answer

Due to state regulations and venue liability policies, guests are not permitted to bring outside alcohol to the wedding. Debido a regulaciones estatales y políticas de responsabilidad del lugar, no se permite a los invitados traer alcohol externo a la boda.
